Online feedback
The Tobacco Free Nova Scotia service is an evidence-based program that relies on caller, client, and provider feedback to improve quality and identify opportunities to enhance the services provided.
Tobacco Free Nova Scotia provides the opportunity for anyone who has used the service to inquire about call handling processes, clinical conduct questions of a Tobacco Free Nova Scotia counsellor, response times, staff interaction, compliments, or any other aspect of the service. This process is designed to be user friendly and provide prompt and appropriate responses.
All inquiries received by Emergency Medical Care Inc on behalf of the Department of Health and Wellness are viewed as an opportunity to validate the service, and enhance user satisfaction, as well as to inform system improvements and to make the service more effective. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will implement our quality assurance process.
