Seeking Advice on Coping Strategies After Quitting Smoking

Hi everyone,

I recently quit smoking, and while I’m proud of my decision, I’m finding it challenging to manage cravings and emotional triggers. I’ve tried a few strategies, like chewing gum and exercising, but I still struggle at times.

I’d love to hear from others who have successfully quit: what coping strategies worked best for you? How did you deal with cravings, especially in social situations? Any tips on staying motivated would also be greatly appreciated!

Personally, I really do not encourage the use of nicotine. This certainly affects the health of each person and everyone around. Really enjoy the diverse information experiences.
