4th day cold turkey

I am into my fourth day of quitting cold turkey.  I don't have any cravings for nicotine.  I did the first day for a few seconds in the morning; but, it went away after I ate my breakfast.  Is this normal?  Is this all there is to quitting.  I smoked 10 to 15 cigarettes a day before with the majority in the morning.

P.S. I have to eat within a half hour of waking up or it will get a headache that usually will last for the rest of the day.

Any insight would be appreciated.

That is great you are doing well for quitting smoking hopefully till now you have end the smoking Johnny Silverhand Jacket
