Seeking Tips for Managing Cravings During Withdrawal

Hi everyone,

I’m currently in the process of quitting smoking and have been struggling with cravings, especially during the withdrawal phase. I’ve tried a few methods like chewing gum and keeping busy, but I still find it tough at times.

Can anyone share effective strategies or tips that have helped them manage cravings during this difficult period? I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experiences you can offer!
